The 18-hole par-72 layout measures 6,815 yards from the blue tees and traces a thoughtful path through the riverside landscape. Sumitomo Construction's design places an emphasis on visual challenge rather than sheer length, using the Bangpakong River and a surrounding perimeter lagoon to create natural out-of-bounds that demand accuracy from the tee on several holes. The renovated greens, constructed in 2011 to ultra-dwarf Bermuda specification, are notably undulating and fast-rolling — among the best putting surfaces in this price bracket. Approach play requires careful club selection as the greens can be deceptively difficult to hold. The par-3 holes are particularly memorable, with water in play on most of them. Fairways are Zoysia grass, holding firm through the dry season. A maximum group size of five on weekdays and five on weekends keeps pace of play reasonable. The setting is genuinely picturesque, with the river visible from multiple holes.

Advance booking is recommended, especially for weekend rounds. The weekday green fee is significantly lower than weekends — plan a mid-week visit if possible. Caddies are used by all players and are knowledgeable about the undulating greens. Bring extra golf balls as the water hazards punish wayward shots. The club is 60 minutes east of Bangkok on the Bangna-Trat Highway (Route 34) — GPS the address at km 51 as signage can be easy to miss. The Japanese restaurant in the clubhouse is a draw in its own right.
