Question 1

Can you deliver clubs to my hotel in Bangkok?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We deliver premium club sets anywhere in Bangkok for 500 THB (pick-up and return included). Same-day delivery is available when ordered in the morning. Delivery orders are paid securely online at booking time with instant confirmation. Questions? Message us on LINE @lengolf.

Question 2

What is the return policy for rented clubs?

Accepted Answer

Clubs must be returned in the same condition they were rented. We ask that you return them to LENGOLF or arrange a pick-up via our delivery service after your round. Any damage beyond normal wear may incur a repair fee.

Question 3

What's included in the full set?

Accepted Answer

We offer three sets: the Premium+ Callaway Paradym Forged Carbon (driver, fairway woods, irons 6–P, Jaws wedges, Odyssey putter, camo bag), the Callaway Warbird men's set (driver, 5W, irons 5–PW/SW, Odyssey putter), and the Callaway REVA women's set (driver, 4W, 5H, irons 7–PW, wedge, putter). All sets include a golf bag.

Question 4

What if I need clubs for a very early tee time?

Accepted Answer

Just let us know your tee time when you message us. For very early morning rounds, we recommend contacting us the day before to arrange delivery the evening prior. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Question 5

Do you deliver to courses outside Bangkok?

Accepted Answer

Our delivery service covers Bangkok. For courses further afield, please contact us on LINE and we'll discuss options. Self pick-up from LENGOLF at The Mercury Ville @ BTS Chidlom is always available.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay online by credit/debit card at checkout when you book, and your booking is confirmed instantly. Delivery orders require online payment; for pickup orders you can alternatively choose cash at pickup at LENGOLF. If you pay online, your reservation is held for up to 2 hours while you complete payment.

Question 7

Can tourists rent golf clubs in Bangkok without a membership?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! No membership, booking history, or Thai ID is required. Book and pay online in minutes with instant confirmation, and we'll deliver clubs to your hotel or any Bangkok golf course. Prefer to chat first? Message us on LINE @lengolf.

Question 8

Can you deliver clubs to my hotel near Sukhumvit or Silom?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver anywhere in Bangkok for 500 THB, including Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Riverside, and all popular tourist areas. Same-day delivery is available for morning orders. We'll drop off and pick up at your hotel lobby.

Question 9

Is it cheaper to rent or buy golf clubs for a Bangkok golf trip?

Accepted Answer

Renting is almost always cheaper for trips under 2 weeks. A full Premium set starts at 1,200 THB/day with multi-day discounts up to 50% off. Even our tour-grade Premium+ Paradym set is just 1,800 THB/day — far less than buying or paying airline oversize baggage fees.

Question 10

Can I rent clubs for multiple rounds over several days?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our multi-day packages are designed for exactly this. Keep the clubs for 3, 7, or 14 days and play as many rounds as you like. The longer you rent, the more you save — our 14-day package is effectively 50% off the daily rate.

Question 11

Can I contact you in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have team members who can assist in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. Message us on LINE @lengolf or email us and we'll respond in your language.

Question 12

What is Callaway REVA?

Accepted Answer

REVA is Callaway's women's-specific range, designed with lighter clubheads and shafts that make it easier to get the ball airborne. We stock it in two colours, white and black — tell us which you'd prefer when you book and we'll have that bag ready.

Question 13

Do you offer left-handed golf clubs for course rental?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we have one left-handed Premium rental set available for course use, charged at our standard Premium daily rates (from 1,200 THB/day, with multi-day discounts up to 50% off). The Premium+ Callaway Paradym is right-handed only. Message us on LINE @lengolf to confirm availability for your dates before booking.

Question 14

Can you hire golf clubs at a golf course in Bangkok?

Accepted Answer

Most Bangkok golf courses rent clubs at the pro shop for roughly 1,000-1,500 THB per round, but sets are typically older loaners you can't inspect or reserve in advance. LENGOLF is the alternative: pick your exact Callaway set online from 1,200 THB/day and have it delivered to your hotel or the course.

Question 15

How much does it cost to rent golf clubs at a golf course?

Accepted Answer

Budget around 1,000-1,500 THB per round for pro-shop rental sets at Bangkok courses, charged again every round you play. LENGOLF course rental starts at 1,200 THB/day for a Premium Callaway set (1,800 THB/day for the tour-grade Paradym), and multi-day packages cut the price by up to 50%: 3 days for 2,400 THB, 7 days for 4,800 THB, or 14 days for 8,400 THB.

Question 16

Do I need to pay a deposit or insurance to rent golf clubs?

Accepted Answer

No. LENGOLF requires no deposit, no insurance, and no membership. You simply pay the rental fee online when you book. Clubs just need to come back in the condition they went out; damage beyond normal wear may incur a repair fee.
