What is the return policy for rented clubs?

Accepted Answer

Clubs must be returned in the same condition they were rented. We ask that you return them to LENGOLF or arrange a pick-up via our delivery service after your round. Any damage beyond normal wear may incur a repair fee.

What's included in the full set?

Accepted Answer

We offer three sets: the Premium+ Callaway Paradym Forged Carbon (driver, 3W, 5W, 4H, irons 5–PW, Jaws Raw wedges, Odyssey putter, camo bag), the Callaway Warbird men's set (driver, 5W, irons 5–PW/SW, Odyssey putter), and the Majesty Shuttle women's set (driver, TaylorMade Gloire 5W, irons 7–PW, wedge, putter). All sets include a golf bag.

What if I need clubs for a very early tee time?

Just let us know your tee time when you message us. For very early morning rounds, we recommend contacting us the day before to arrange delivery the evening prior. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Do you deliver to courses outside Bangkok?

Accepted Answer

Our delivery service covers Bangkok. For courses further afield, please contact us on LINE and we'll discuss options. Self pick-up from LENGOLF at The Mercury Ville @ BTS Chidlom is always available.

How do I pay?

After we confirm availability on LINE, we'll send you a payment link. You can pay by credit/debit card or Shopee wallet. For pickup orders, you can also pay at LENGOLF by credit card or cash.

Can tourists rent golf clubs in Bangkok without a membership?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! No membership, booking history, or Thai ID is required. Just message us on LINE @lengolf with your dates and preferred set. We confirm availability within 2 hours and deliver clubs to your hotel or any Bangkok golf course.

Can you deliver clubs to my hotel near Sukhumvit or Silom?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver anywhere in Bangkok for 500 THB, including Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Riverside, and all popular tourist areas. Same-day delivery is available for morning orders. We'll drop off and pick up at your hotel lobby.

Is it cheaper to rent or buy golf clubs for a Bangkok golf trip?

Accepted Answer

Renting is almost always cheaper for trips under 2 weeks. A full Premium set starts at 1,200 THB/day with multi-day discounts up to 50% off. Even our tour-grade Premium+ Paradym set is just 1,800 THB/day — far less than buying or paying airline oversize baggage fees.

Can I rent clubs for multiple rounds over several days?

Yes! Our multi-day packages are designed for exactly this. Keep the clubs for 3, 7, or 14 days and play as many rounds as you like. The longer you rent, the more you save — our 14-day package is effectively 50% off the daily rate.
