Morrow and Tikkanen's design makes artful use of the relatively flat north Bangkok terrain by introducing gentle elevation changes to fairways and approaches, creating a sense of movement rarely felt on Bangkok-area courses. Reed-lined lakes run alongside multiple holes and come directly into play on the more dramatic risk/reward holes, while strategically placed bunkering frames tee-shot landing zones without making the course feel pinched. The signature par-5 6th hole is widely regarded as one of the best in Bangkok — a sweeping, reachable par-5 that tempts aggressive players to attack the lake-guarded green in two. The par-3 8th is another standout, requiring a precise mid-iron to a water-surrounded island green. Greens are of good size, moderately undulating, and hold well for correctly struck approaches. From the back tees at 7,001 yards, the course tests even scratch golfers; from the 5,880-yard forward tees, it plays as an enjoyable challenge for higher handicappers. Golf carts are compulsory throughout, which keeps pace of play brisk. The clubhouse facilities, including restaurants serving Thai cuisine, are well above average.
Tips & what to know before you go
Reserve tee times at least 2 days in advance on weekdays and at least 5 days for weekends and public holidays — the course is consistently popular. Groups of 3 or more are required before 11:00 AM on weekends. Green fees of 2,700 THB are supplemented by mandatory caddie (400 THB) and cart (800 THB) fees, bringing the total to around 3,900 THB per person. Budget a further 400 THB for the caddie tip. Collared shirts and golf-standard trousers or shorts required. The course is closed for full maintenance on one weekday per month — confirm availability when booking. Club hire at 1,200 THB is reasonable. Travel north on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road or use the expressway to Tiwanon Road for the most direct route from central Bangkok.

The drive from Sukhumvit takes around 30 minutes off-peak via the Don Mueang Expressway. The club sits beside Bangkok Golf Club on Tiwanon Road, a well-known golf corridor. Taxis and Grab cars are plentiful. No practical public transport serves the club directly.
