Obstacles are modest — a few small water hazards and strategically positioned bunkers — with the emphasis firmly on approachability rather than difficulty. The par-fives are reachable in two for long hitters, and the par-threes are straightforward iron shots over manageable distances. Greens are well-maintained and putt at a moderate speed. Cart paths run the full course, and the mandatory cart keeps the round moving efficiently. Caddies are local and knowledgeable, though the uncomplicated routing means their club selection advice is less critical than at more technical courses. The course is rarely crowded, even on weekends, which contributes to a relaxed pace throughout.
