How to Walk to LENGOLF
Walking is 2.1km and around 30 minutes — not ideal in Bangkok's heat. We recommend the BTS or a cab instead. Walk to BTS Siam station (3-minute walk), take the BTS one stop eastbound to BTS Chidlom, and walk directly into The Mercury Ville. Total door-to-door by BTS: about 10 minutes. A taxi or Grab takes around 8 minutes and costs ~80 THB. LENGOLF is on Floor 4.

Why Visit LENGOLF During Your Stay
LENGOLF is an indoor golf simulator bar at Mercury Ville, BTS Chidlom — just a 30-minute walk from Mercure Bangkok Siam. With premium Bravo golf simulators, a full bar, and air-conditioning, it's a great activity for hotel guests — whether you're a golfer or have never picked up a club. Bay rental starts at 550 THB/hour for up to 5 people.
Is LENGOLF Walkable from Mercure Bangkok Siam?
Walkable, but BTS is better in the heat. At 2100m, the walk takes about 30 minutes. In Bangkok's heat (35°C+), we recommend taking the BTS — it's just 1-2 stops to BTS Chidlom, where The Mercury Ville is directly connected. A short taxi or Grab ride takes about 5-8 minutes and costs around 60-80 THB.
Exploring the Area Around Mercure Bangkok Siam
The Mercure sits in the beating heart of Siam — Bangkok's youth and shopping epicenter. Siam Square, right outside the hotel, is a grid of narrow sois packed with independent Thai fashion boutiques, street food stalls, bubble tea shops, and trendy cafés that cater to students from nearby Chulalongkorn University. This is where Bangkok's trends start. The area has three distinct vibes: Siam Paragon (200m) for luxury brands and the incredible SEA LIFE Bangkok aquarium in the basement; MBK Center (200m) for budget shopping, phone accessories, and a massive food court; and Siam Square itself for authentic Thai street culture. For families, the area is unbeatable — KidZania (in Siam Paragon) lets kids role-play adult jobs, SEA LIFE has sharks and penguins, and the food options span from 40 THB street noodles to international chains. Som Tam Nua, a legendary Isaan (northeastern Thai) restaurant on Siam Square Soi 5, always has a queue — but the green papaya salad and crispy pork are worth the 20-minute wait. The Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC), a 300m walk at the National Stadium BTS intersection, is free and rotates excellent contemporary Thai art. LENGOLF is just one BTS stop away at Chidlom — a quick 8-minute door-to-door journey that makes it an easy family afternoon activity.
